Beadwork is one of my reigning creative expressions.
I’ve been fascinated with beading since I was a little girl. As a professional vocalist, I’ve frequently embellished my stage attire to “bling it out” for my performances (this has also come in very handy for mending expensive sequined and beaded gowns. A girl could go broke keeping those suckers in good shape ;)
My favorite expression of this art form is designing and creating beaded jewelry and sculptural objects. I am especially drawn to all forms of intricate beadweaving.
In the spirit of “always creating”… if I’m watching TV, I’m beading.
(much to Keith’s dismay – Thank God for DVDs, rewind, and a patient man *lol*)
